About This Product!
Description
From Our Catalog
Perfect for recording! Rich tube sounds stream out of this little amplifier and fill your bedroom with vintage sound. On top of having tube sound this little amp also offers DSP effects usually only found on Epiphones larger amps.

Features:
15W push-pull monster

16 DSP selections

Separate DSP reverb

Gutsy, musical preamp section

12 in. speaker

Small-format tube amps are great for recording. They break-up perfectly at lower volumes, so your studio tracks sound huge. This little amp adds DSP reverb and effects for even more tonal variety. 15 watts, 12" speaker.

"Pleasant surprise!"
Feature:
Nice little special effects section here. It's a pretty simple set up so I can't say much about the features...plus it's not something I really pay attention to.

Quality:
I don't own it. For sitting in a music store fiddling around, the darn thing had better hold up! Knobs didn't jiggle like a Crate and it felt well built.

Value:
Wow! I wouldn't believe the tone for the price. I'm getting one SOON!

Desirability:
Great looks and sounds just as good. Straight forward nice amp for those who require great vintage tone.

Sound:
Played this at a local shop. I didn't think Epiphone would make a nice amp because they're a less expensive option but WOW! They proved me wrong. This is a great little amp. I'm very picky about tone and I played an artcore thru this little beast and fell in love. If you need more crunch just use a Tube Screamer or something.

Ease of Use:
This amp sounds good right away. I didn't have to search around for the right settings. No wasted time.

Support:
N/A

Overall:
Don't own it but for a "tone" amp (not necessarily power) it'll do the trick for recording and small gigs.

"Great tube amp. Big brother to the Valve Junior"
Feature:
I rarely use the built in effects, preferring to use my Digitech RP250 when I want to alter the sound. Most of the time though it's crank up the Gain and dial in a bit of reverb and rock out.

Quality:
I've had no issues with the build quality of this amp. I've heard others report that their Standard is noisy but this is nice and quiet.

Value:
It's a lot of amp for the money. True tube sound. Only a spring reverb would improve it.

Desirability:
I love the vintage look of this amp the tan accents and grill cloth.

Sound:
I've owned this amp for over a year and it's starting to wear in. Initially the Celestion Seventy-80 speaker was a bit farty, but as I play it, it seems to smooth out. I play an SG with P90's through it as well as a Les Paul and really like the sound. It's quite Bluesy in tone. Nice and Dark

Ease of Use:
It's got a great Blues tone which was what I was after. I just plug in and fire it up then play. No issues, no mucking about trying to find the sound, it's just right there.

Support:
I had a few questions when I first got it, the folks at Epiphone were most helpful. Response to my email was prompt and accurate.

Overall:
This amp serves my needs. With 15 watts of tube power it can get loud when I need it to, yet I can also get great sound at small room volumes.
