Alex from zZounds with some things to know about this K&M desktop microphone stand.
One thing that's really nice about this stand, because it has such a small footprint and it's created for a desktop, is that obviously it can be used for a lot of different applications. You could use this as a desktop microphone stand the way it's intended—for podcasting or to hold your mic when you're doing vocals or whatever.
Um, but I actually use it as a camera tripod. I just had to get a separate mount that's threaded for a microphone stand, and I use this um just as a tripod on my desk here for a webcam or when I'm videoing video content.
So yeah, it's really flexible, easy to use for a lot of different applications, and because of the small footprint, it can fit in all kinds of places.
