I expect to be satisfied with this product for a long time. its a good investment.. most of my gigs or mid size.. 150 or so. I brought this sub because I wanted to add more bass but didn't want to break my back. The price is set at the sweet spot. I know you can get the prx for a couple hundread more.. but I have a few good amps racked up and a crossover. If your a DJ who has extra amps and want to add more good tight bass without breaking the bank or your back.. get the mrx line.. you would not be dissapointed. I just wish I would have known that the sub needed a crossover to make it sound right.

Sound
Great sub that you can feel.. amazing for its size and wieght

Features
wish it had a built in crossover and 1/4 inch inputs also

Ease of Use
you can't just plug it to get that sub sound. you will need a crossover and then connect them to your power amps and lastly to your sub.

Quality
This Subwoofer is sexy and professional looking.. Its not big and ugly like most big 18 inch subs. The duraflex finish is what really hits the spot.. you are going to have a scratch free speaker.. well maybe not the grill... but you can look and feel that there is quality in this sub. Its JBL and this is their mid level line.. so I expect them to get right like they always do

Value
Best passive speaker for the price. There are active subs read more out there, but a good powerful amp and a crossover gives me more power and control which can be expensive but I can set my amps in stereo or bridge mono if I wanted more bass. Options..options thats why I choose passive.

Manufacturer Support
I have never delt with customer service for jbl.. so I don't know. But since I have never delt with their costumer service than it should mean that their products are relaiable.. never had an issue with JBL

The Wow Factor
its a sexy speaker, when doing weddings.. you want good sound but sometimes big bass bottoms are an eye sore.. get a pair of these.. you can even hide them under your table if you want.. but they look so good.. i want to show them off.. the duraflext coating will make this sub look good for a long time
