Feature:
The mixer came with the AC power chord and the manual.
Quality:
I've only had my console a short time. It appears to be very well made. The only concern is how well the pots will stand up to their use over time. I guess I'll find out.
Value:
For the price, you can't get anymore "Bang for the Buck".
Desirability:
Looks "real cool". Very professional.
Sound:
I've just changed from using three different individual amps to the PMP5000. The sound has changed. Nolonger do the amps "fight" each other. The sound is clean and clear.
Ease of Use:
If you've used any type of mixer in the past, the PMP5000 is a "no brainer". Very straight forward. Just plug it in and start playing around.
Support:
I've had several Beheringer products. They have all bee very good. I have not had to call for support.
Overall:
I won't be looking for any other mixer soon. If it breaks or gets stolen, I'll buy another one.

Feature:
The Voice Cancellation ability was the most pleasant surprise of 5000. I was skeptical of how well it could perform. But when one of our lead soloists brought in a CD that he wanted to sing (but was unable to secure an instrumental version of the song) I popped it into the Sony CD Player and hit Voice Cancellation. We were both floored. Even though there is a bit of the vocals still evident during playback, while he is performing along with it the audience has no clue the vocals have been removed by the mixer.
Quality:
Everything seems to be right where it was supposed to be. No missing or loose knobs, no dings or scratches. All the promised cables were in the packaging. Very nicely packaged and delivered.
Value:
For the same money spent a few years ago (to replace an aging Peavey XR600c), the Behringer Europower PMP5000 is leaps and bounds a better value for the dollar and a lot more versatility.
Desirability:
Everyone who saw me grimacing at our old setup trying to make it cough out a few more squeaks and squawks saw me beaming sitting behind the 5000 and they knew I was having the time of my life!
Sound:
The sound output with the PMP5000 is great. Our church is small and has an even smaller budget. But when the skeptics actually heard what it could reproduce in our small auditorium all of the abuse and hand wringing I took to get the mixer in the first place turned into praise and thanks. And I have yet to even to begin to scratch the surface of the capabilities of this mixer.
Ease of Use:
Very easy to use, even without looking at the manual. A couple of things labeled differently but very straightforward and the learning curve for a relative n00b like me was minimal.
Support:
No problems out of the box and no problems on it's first live show. Everything was flawless.
Overall:
Since this product had such a banner day (we "premiered" it during our Christmas Program) it will be easy to convince the pockets that certain add ons are necessary like stage monitors, a few more mic inputs on stage, etc.
