Feature:
Has good features like channel mutes, on 2 on board effects, effect to monitor. Subs out with Xover when using subs
Quality:
Seems work fine no problems so far had it over 3 years. But like any gig you better have a back I don't care if you have the best, its better to be prepared
Value:
I think is very good board for the money even if it doesn't have enough power. It likes to have 4 Ohm speakers on powered part of this unit. But even so for larger gigs you need a external power amp
Sound:
I have used this board for over 3 years now it. Haven't had any problems. Doesn't have the power, but for small gigs if seem to be fine. What I do for larger show use an external power amp for the Mains and the on board for monitors work very good
Ease of Use:
It very easy to operate not like some boards you don't have to be rocket scientist to operate it!
Support:
They are very good about anwsering your email about questions
Overall:
I am very happy with unit it does it job very good. Was a little disappointed by 800 (400 X2) watt claim on the power section, but thats not RMS watt thats peck

Feature:
Great features, especially the dual FX. Quite usefu we can use 1 FX for vocals and another for the instruments. I wish it had extra sends so that I could send to other processors.
Quality:
Although it looks robust, the mixer failed on us once but then on it was ok. In any situation, its better to have a back up as I truly have no confidence in the product.
Value:
Value for money
Desirability:
Looks really good like a Mackie
Sound:
The multiple channels and FX and other features are great. I enjoy using it as a non powered mixer. Not enough haed room. Have to put the gain quite high for certain situations. Not good for recordings. The sound from the pwer section is very weak and when our drums are playing the whole system will pull back with the LEDs clipping. Very under powered. We have now added a Yamaha power amp and it works great now. Dont use it without a power amp as the numbers on the mixer are very much overated. It sounds like 50w x 2
Ease of Use:
The mixer is easy to use for me cause I have used much more complicated ones. Using the mixer is a breeze. The manual is quite straight forward and easy to use.
Support:
No. dont know. Dont want to go there
Overall:
I will not buy another one if it gets lost or broke. I actually wanted to get the PMH 2000 which I think has much more power than the PMH 5000.
