The pictures don't do it justice. This is a very well made strap that has lots of padding. It doesn't press uncomfortably against my pacemaker. Even if you are not dealing with chronic pain or back issues mentioned in the advertising, the comfort level of this strap is wonderful and worth the extra cost.
