The PMC-05PRO has been used by the majority of the world's professional battle an Hip Hop DJs for many years. Its photo coupler cross fader system with curve control, double panel system and all other features made it to be the only and the best professional battle mixer. The PMC-05PRO 2 takes over all of the features and quality of the PMC-05PRO, adding the cross fader reverse switch for more updated performance.
The crossfader is an amazing super high quality fader for smooth cutting and scratching operation. The crossfader incorporates Vestax's photo-coupler fader system, which allows control over the fader curve. From long running mixing, short cut mixing, or fast scratching mixing, the CD curve can be adjusted easily during play or pre set for any style of technique. The two Mic and PGMs each come equipped with a 2-band EQ, high/low +/-12dB and balance. The level of each PGM can be set or adjusted by using the Trim dial on each PGM. The A & B positions of the crossfader are typically set to PGM 1 and 2 respectively. But on the ProII, the CD can be reversed quickly and easily at the flick of a switch.
