This mixer really made me believe on the fact that with this tiny unit you can make extraordinary things! It has more than 600 gigs... but wait! Not only in US. Puerto Rico, Colombia, Portugal, Spain, the Canary Islands (yes just 200 miles away from the Sahara Desert) with 110V and 240V, what can I expect more?.Since I purchased it on April 2017 never had any issue. As a matter of fact, there is a song on all music platforms (Spotify, Apple, Amazon, etc) that was made from a multitrack recording done in this Ui24R, the name is "Volare Salsa Version" if you want to listen to. But the good facts aren't finished yet. I trained my wife to operate this mixer since she all gig use to go with me, and I though could be helpful if she does the FOH mix in order to lift that heavy responsibility from me, well, after a few months she is the official sound tech of my Latin orchestra where I am the lead singer. But wait, this story goes beyond what you can think. She's so good with this mixer, that she did here in Spain the sound for a Rock band and they loved what she did, after recommending here to other bands she started to make money doing sound for not only Rock... Latin, Salsa, Merengue, Bachata bands. She is now a day the third female sound tech of Spain! She is so fast setting up gain structure, EQ, compressors, effects, aux outs and she made every band member to use In Ear Monitors because she loves to record and the recording is much better without the floor monitors bleeding in… read more to the microphones, specially the instruments. She even have a router dedicated for her, and set the mixer to work with the internal router as well so she have every musician controlling the individual mixi each one, as they want because they have the mixer on their devices with a password locked to avoid accidental control of the FOH mix. She loves to do a rehearsal with our band and take the mixer to the practice, she records multitrack and then the day of the show, no one needs to be present for the sound check, we go to the venue a couple of hours before set up and hit the "soundcheck" button, then we make the sound test with no orchestra, no hassle, specially when we have 8 -12 pieces band... we also save money because only buy snacks and refreshments for only us!We have the mixer on a shallow rack case since the purchase in pristine cosmetic condition, with the last firmware (3.5) updated, I think that we will have the Soundcraft Ui24R for many upcoming years!

Sound
The first thing useful in this mixer is set the gain structure. After that, everything is easier!

Features
The most useful feature for me is the Multitrack Recording, a good quality flash drive, is just what I need. Also I have another plash drive with a lot of music and backing tracks, whether to play something while the crowd id dining or in a band break, or to shoot the backing tracks when is a small band or a solo performer.

Ease of Use
Intuitive and easy to, if you did not read the manual to reach something and achieve what you need to do, even if doing learning by error.

Quality
Its metal housing gives a robust and rugged construction for the road.

Value
I purchased for a price that have increased significantly in almost 40%, but all the mixers with similar features did as well, so I think it is worth the price, compared to.

Manufacturer Support
Because since April 2017 I never had any issue, I never have been in contact with technical support for a problem, hopefully will not.

The Wow Factor
I owned, and own in order of date, first to last: Mackie DL1608, QSC TouchMix 20, Soundcraft Ui12, Soundcraft Ui16, Behringer XR12, Behringer XR18, Mackie DL806, and Mackie DL16S.This Soundcraft Ui24R is still active and a Allen & Heath CQ-18T as well, the CQ is for small bands.
