I use these live, I have lots of mics for different applications. If you want a all round quality product for next to nothing in cost, but out performs many other higher end products in sound, buy this model. Great feedback rejection with monitors, flat tidy constant response over all relative frequencies. Great proximity effect, rolls off nice, not bloomy at all ,and keeps its sibilance and character when close micing. Works equally well with female and male voices. Built rugged and well. these travel well and perform great night after night. Don't just think its a cost saving thing with these. These have serious sound quality. Useable quality about them.
