"You're gonna be amazed at this vocal Mic"

I use these live, I have lots of mics for different applications. If you want a all round quality product for next to nothing in cost, but out performs many other higher end products in sound, buy this model. Great feedback rejection with monitors, flat tidy constant response over all relative frequencies. Great proximity effect, rolls off nice, not bloomy at all ,and keeps its sibilance and character when close micing. Works equally well with female and male voices. Built rugged and well. these travel well and perform great night after night. Don't just think its a cost saving thing with these. These have serious sound quality. Useable quality about them. Recommended Great product, affordable and quality Sound and Build.

Sound
I own over 27 mics. The Samson C05 is my first choice out of the case for vocals in 90% of my live concerts. Chosen above my $300 EV RE410 condensors. Why? It sounds better. This mic performs with awesome sound bringing those lead vocalists out of the mix whether on or off axis. No problems with feedback either. I highly recommend this mic for anyone whether on a budget or not. Try it. You won't believe your ears. Mark Smith Ministry Music & P.A. www.myspace.com/ministrymusicpa

"C05, underrated microphone"

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars

I have used this microphone for acustic gitar and its the best I've ever used. Just place it 40 cm from the gitar and turn it up. It wont feed and its so far a way that you can point it directly to the hole. I have also used as overhead on drums. Excellent. Just another mic on the kick, AKG og something. Works fine it not the drummer are a heavy user of cymbals. Then you have to use conventional mics on each drum. It is promoted as a vocal microphone but I have not used it for that because its not a good brand. If the PA-people knew about this excelent microphone the price would tripple.
