"Not What It's Supposed To Be"

This strap is cut weird with length adjustments on both ends. It's nearly impossible to get the padded part up on your shoulder, it wants to be on your back, what good is that? After fiddling with it, I could get the padding to just right on top of my shoulder, no room to move it around & have the padding stay there. I'm better off going back to my old system of just duct taping padding to my old straps like I do.
