Bought this about a year ago didn’t use it much. The bottom corner fabric started tearing out at the seam where the bottom strap connected. It appears it was only sewn onto the thin cover material where your back would be which ripped out of the corner seam. Now there’s a hole in that corner. This is a pretty bad weak point. It seems like it would make more sense to sew the bottom strap webbing to the waist strap connection point where the fabric is thicker and would hold up better. That said reached out to pedaltrain a few days after warranty and they are covering it. Due to Easter and work I haven’t shipped it out yet but I do have to pay return shipping. USPS online estimate is $19 so that’s a bit of a bummer. I think when the new one comes if the strap is still connected to the back padding fabric which is thinner, I’ll cut it and sew it on to where the waist strap is. It should last much longer in this location.
