"Well worth the money"

A huge upgrade over Komplete basic. The full Kontakt libraries and add-ons alone are worth the price of admission. Add in Guitar Rig and the great VST synths and expansion packs and you will be overwhelmed with awesome sounds!
Kontakt is the king of sampler players for a reason. The included libraries sound amazing and go way beyond anything I've heard before. Massive and Absynth are getting a little long in the tooth, but still have great sounds and of course the Massive X upgrade coming this February is included.
Too many to list
Ease of Use
Once you get acclimated with the Komplete ecosystem it all becomes fairly intuitive. Don't overlook Komplete Kontrol as a great browser for all sounds.
Very high quality sounds and samples. The installation hard disk is a nice touch.
It's pricey at first glance when compared to say, Sampletank, but Komplete is just that, a complete production suite that includes samplers, sample players, drum samplers, VST synths, Guitar VST's etc. If you were to price out Sampletank plus the full version of Amplitube plus add 4 or 5 full VST synths you would be paying much more.
Manufacturer Support
NI has a nice website and support forums, and the Native Access app is an easy way to install and update the products.
The Wow Factor
I'm not a keyboardist as a first instrument, but the sounds have literally made me say 'wow' several times already.
