Hosa GTR-200R Instrument Cable with Right Angle Plug

With a quality right-angle connector on one end, this Hosa cable is great for a wide range of guitar designs.

Hosa GTR-200R instrument cables feature a quality right angle connector on one end and heat-shrink that goes up under the headshell to protect the solder connections.

The electric guitar presents a unique challenge to cable manufacturers. The guitar, by its very nature, is an antenna for electronic "noise". Neon and fluorescent lighting, cash registers, air conditioners and other major appliances are all found in the typical nightclub environment, and all add to the electronic noise pollution, so don't buy a cable that makes it worse! It's very important to use a solidly grounded, well shielded cable like Hosa's GTR-Series Guitar Cables.

I'm not trying to spend a bunch of money on cables, but at the same time I can't deal with cheap crap. This cable is better than most I've used. It's stood up to touring, fly-ins, basements. Coils easily and doesn't get wound up on itself which even very expensive cables sometimes do (looking at you, Monster). Very quiet. Very slight signal loss compared to a fancier Planet Waves cable I've got, but most of us are used to our guitars and basses having that ultra-high high end smoothed out by more traditional cables like this anyway. Unless you are a complete freak about your signal, you won't notice. And if you are that much of a freak, you're not looking to buy something in this price range anyway. I'm liking this better than CBI, Pig Hog, and Ernie Ball. Don't think Hosa is junk; they just have a bunch of different product lines at different price points. I have studio cabling of theirs that's as good as anything else I've ever seen. I expect this to last at least four or five years. At less than a dollar a foot it's the best value out there right now.
