First off, this guitar rack is BEAUTIFUL. Way better than the pictures. Second of all, this thing is HEAVY DUTY. This is not ikia furniture wood, this is solid wood. When my package arrived the boc was literally like 30 pounds. This rack is stable like a tree. Spend the money, ditch the cheap stands you replace every year. Gator knocked it out of the park on this one. It is now holding my Music man and my prestige Ibanez that sit on the rack's soft rubber on top of heavy-duty wood.Downside: Check the box when it gets to you. Probably due to the weight, but mine was beat up during shipping with big holes in the box from FedEx that handles these. Luckily nothing was damaged, but wasn't exciting to see your expensive rack's packaging beat up.
