Order 2 speakers for replacement in some blown cabs 1 speaker arrived defected subwoofer was frozen couldn't install it reached out to customer service to replace it . Once its open and problem you fine its on you, you got send to the manufacture for them to replace it and you got to pay for shipping just back and forth with this item . I would buy this again but not from zZounds
