Feature:
Don't care about "features". What would you expect on a monitor speaker? Whitewalls, tinted windows?
Quality:
It is likely that like all other manufacturers Fender makes this as cheaply as they can to maximize profit. That said, it seems to be a fairly sturdy, lightweight monitor.
Value:
Its a good deal. There are better monitors if you're willing to pay big bucks and haul big stuff. For what we're paid to play in bars expensive, heavy PA stuff is a waste of money.
Desirability:
You ask "How would you rate the "sex appeal" of this product?" I don't want to screw it, just maybe hear it a little.
Sound:
Its a stage monitor. It sounds like a stage monitor. In most cases the best that can be hoped for is to be able to hear the monitors, that being the criteria that I judge by...it works.
Ease of Use:
Put it on the floor or somewhere else, plug a cord into it. Easy.
Support:
I've been "dealing" with Fender for a looooong time. Sometimes they're okay other times they're not.
Overall:
If I bought it I'd use it until it didn't work anymore.

Quality:
Out of the 4 we have, one has had some screws work loose. While procrastinating on fixing it, we used a passive JBL Eon 1500 as its replacement. I prefer the Fender.
Sound:
Lightweight, small, more than adequate in most situations. We've used them in small clubs and on outdoor stages playing to 25,000 people at a peace rally. Once we did sound for a few bands, and a notoriously loud band's lead guitarist wanted bigger monitors. Our sound guy said "try them for one song, and we'll switch 'em out if they're not good enough". The guitarist was smiling throughout the song, and 'fessed up after the show that he was impressed.
I'm a 50 year old drummer, been playing since I was 9 & we did Johnny Winter covers, Zeppelin, Hendrix, Airplane, 10 years after... LOUD. Even after that, I can hear everything through this monitor.
Ease of Use:
Plug & play. Literally.
Overall:
Did I mention "lightweight" and "small"?
