"You get what you pay for..."

Feature:
Don't get me wrong, there are plenty of features. There are however 2 drawbacks: 1)It's difficult to understand what several of the features do, eg. PFL/AFL. 2) Some of the features seem pointless, or at least unnecessary. Examples - karaoke feature ("removes" the vocals from an external CD-player), "surround" is OK but you use the rest of the mixer to adjust your sound, you don't really need this. Result: to many bells and whistles, and cluttered too many knobs to search among.

Quality:
Behringer make cheap plastic products and they are therefore not particularly solid in construction. However they seem to be well put together and have an attractive design. So as long as you don't throw them about they'll be ok.

Value:
Behringer has one very strong selling point- price, and this product is no exception. You won't get another power mixer with this capacity for anywhere near this price. Mind you, their "capacity" claims must be taken with a pinch of salt. Their claim of 1200W is only for peak in bridged mono mode (using 1 speaker output in mono). In "normal" mode, ie. 8 ohms stereo, your RMS capacity is only 215W pr. channel. Enough for me, but maybe not the impression you get by looking at the hype on the box.

Desirability:
Design-wise and hype-wise, this product is sexy. It might not live up to expectations in reality, but it certainly looks like the goods.

Sound:
The sound is fine. Excellent sound reproduction ( I suppose this depends on what you're hooking up, but for the mic's and DI boxes I use I'm happy)

Ease of Use:
Straightforward enough if you know what you're doing, but see my previous comment about clutter.

Support:
Excuse me, but Behringer support is c**p. I sent them an online question (explain PFL/AFL in words of one syllable) I got an e-mail back saying that they'd answer my question within 24 hours. 6 days 3 complaints later I got an answer that said absolutely nothing.

Overall:
For occasional use this product will probably be ok. Next time though I'll use a bit more money and go for something better. Be warned, the maxim "you get what you pay for" applies to this product as with anything else.

"Another great mixer."

Feature:
Has alot more features than my Behringer PMH2000. Voice canceler, DSP, EQs, 2 monitor sends, a mono send.. this has everything.

Quality:
The 1st one i bought didnt work. i checked the fuse and it wasnt that. i called behringer support and i was told to go to my dealer and exchange it. the 2nd one i got works fine. i love it.

Value:
Bang for the buck. only thing that has the same features is a yamaha. which is in the $900 range

Desirability:
Good looking mixer, the black and silver goes well together

Sound:
this is a damn good sounding mixers, no noise from the faders either. very punchy also.

Ease of Use:
Took me a while to figure out.. but after that its not bad

Support:
I was so thrilled with their support. no automated push button systems, and no agents with foreign accents (no offense! but i cant understand some people.)

Overall:
Great very powerful mixer. good for the money, and well featured.
