Sound
I've only recently bought this amp, so am still experimenting, but so far, it sounds pretty good. In a live setting, in Channel 1, I used an SM57 mic on my Wildwood Paragon banjo; I rolled off some of the treble and the banjo sounded better than it usually does. At home I've tried using a Beta58 mic and this gave an even warmer sound, again with a lot of treble rolled off.In Channel 2, I used a line in from a K&K pickup on my Gibson Hummingbird acoustuc guitar. This also sounded good (fairly 'flat' settings on tone controls).
Lots of volume, easy to be heard in a band setting
Because I run both a guitar and a banjo at the same time when playing live, this is for home-use only, but when I run one instrument only and use both a mic and a line-in on the one instrument, I can easily and quickly shape an excellent sound.
Features
Very friendly light weight.
The digital effects are ok, but I didn't fiddle with them much as the numeric display on the digital effects is ridiculously small and virtually impossible to read without a magnifying glass.
One feature that would be very useful is: channel switching
Quality
The amp looks and feels great. Time will tell as to its reliability.
Value
Having auditioned a few other acoustic amps, this one seems to be the best value for the money.
Manufacturer Support
Have not yet needed to contact the company for any support.

"Probably the best acoustic amp you will ever own."
This review has been selected by our experts as particularly helpful.
If I replaced it it would probably be with a larger UltraSound model. Although the 50 watt is good enough for most small-scale gigs, and you can always line-out to the sound system.
Sound
Holds up against all other acoustic amps in and above it's price range, and surpasses most. Incredibly natural tone. Responds to the guitar very well. Don't be fooled by the fact that the name isn't as well known, this amp sounds way better than any Fender acoustic amp. I'd even say it's better in tone than the Roland acoustic amps. Getting realistic-sounding acoustic tone from amps or speakers is next to impossible, but this comes very close.
Features
Each input can take an XLR or a TRS cable, which is pretty handy. I usually plug my Sure SM-58 into the first channel and my guitar into the other. The second channel has a good feedback control and a built-in "shape" feature that cuts mid frequencies and helps get great acoustic tone. There's line out and aux in at the back, and you can use a footswitch to control the effects. The effects are decent (reverb, chorus, flange, etc.) for built in effects, but not the greatest. In all this amp has everything you'd want from an acoustic amp.
Ease of Use
Super easy to use. It's just an amp, after all.
Quality
It's road worthy, solid build. Haven't had any problems with it at all.
Value
It's a steal. You'd think from the price that it's some knock-off brand, but a lot of the big guys in the acoustic world use these amps.
Manufacturer Support
Haven't needed support. But I know the company is relatively small and seems very customer-friendly, probably easier to get help from than the bigger guys (I 'liked' their page on Facebook, so I see their updates and pictures and stuff).
