Snap Jack Tips are made out of neodymium magnets with 24 carat gold plated contact. Snap Jack magnets allow for quick separation when the cable is subject to excessive tension, thereby reducing the risk of personal injury and damage to your equipment, while eliminating any obnoxious popping or screeching sounds when it snaps. Been playing for 31 years. This is hands down the best cable I have ever owned.
Sound
Good heavy cable, no noise.
Features
The magnets are really strong, so if you are using normally they stay put, but if you step on it, it will disengage like it's supposed to. I tend to leave things plugged in and if someone was to walk up to one of my amps and hit it, im confident my input jack will be saved as well as the connections behind it.
Ease of Use
Faster than a regular cable...the magnets suck the parts together.
Quality
Very tough stuff. Built like a prototype as far as the weight of the components...no cheezy mass produced stuff.
Value
Go buy a monster....not. These are better and less expensive.

The Wow Factor
I love using these cables. You can also buy more tips and just leave them plugged into your gear for a quick noise free instrument change...no pops out of your amp.
