With its 3/4-size scale and 48mm nut, the Cordoba Cadete is the perfect "mini guitar" for kids, traveling musicians, or anyone who needs a smaller guitar.

The Cordoba Cadete is a 3/4-size nylon string acoustic guitar with a smaller body, neck, and overall dimensions than a full size guitar. The scale length is 615mm (24.2 inches) and the fingerboard width at the nut is 48mm (1.88 inches). It features a solid Canadian cedar top and African Mahogany back and sides. The top is braced with a 5 fan Torres style bracing system for a warm and resonant sound. The neck is made of lightweight Mahogany, and the fingerboard is Rosewood. The Cadete is handmade and includes several detailed refinements like an all rosewood binding, bridge, headstock veneer, and heel cap. The rosette has been inlaid by hand and is made using all natural woods. This is a great guitar for children, travelers, or anyone looking for a lightweight, compact and easy playing instrument.

I'm a 75 year old beginning guitarist and bought the Cordoba Cadete to have a smaller guitar than full size for ease of learning. The other feature I was looking for was the nylon strings to aid in learning. So far, I am delighted with my purchase and would recommend to all ages. The tone and appearance are wonderful.
