Get more Definition
The Grand Auditorium combines the width and depth of a Dreadnought with a narrower waist. Its sleek design yields a strong treble zing across the tonal spectrum and sharpens the definition of individual notes. The Grand Auditorium is a strong fingerpicking guitar that also adapts well to medium strumming.

Taylor Expression System
Designed to faithfully reproduce your guitar's native tone, the Expression System utilizes patented Dynamic Sensors to capture top and string vibration like never before. Created in partnership with renowned audio pioneer, Mr. Rupert Neve, the Taylor ES is seamlessly integrated into the design of the guitar from the ground up. Onboard tone controls provide added flavor, or set flat for an uncolored, exceptionally clean amplified sound.

Fit and Finish
The finish used to create this guitar's lustrous gloss top, back, and sides was developed at Taylor for maximum durability and resistance to cold-checking. This ultra violet-cured finish is also more environmentally friendly than traditional lacquer finishes.

Yesterday I bought a 814ce. I like these guitars. They make you wanna play better.
Sound
Sounds like I have a mini amp inside the guitar. Really has a big sound acousticly. Pluged in, it is overwhelming. Beatiful rich tones you can feel the guitar resonate through your body. The most outstanding guitar I have ever owned. I just bought a 814ce.
Features
The Fishman is really a nice feature for rythm guitar players and acoustic leads. You can alter your sound with ease. I like it!
Quality
Taylor says it all craftsmanship and sound outstanding.
Value
The older it gets the better tones the the wood will produce making the guitar more valuble. A good investment! at least I tell my wife that!
Manufacturer Support
The Taylor guitar company has been very responsive and easy to work with.
The Wow Factor
Played Martins (very nice guitars) Played Gibsons. But play a Taylor and you will lust to won it. Hardly a day goes by that I don't pick her up and caress her. When my wife complains that I hold that guitar more then I do her. I know I have been playing too long!
