The Charles Berthoud CB-4 is the ultimate bass player's bass. Spec'd with the accomplished player in mind, the Charles Berthoud CB-4 is a complete groove machine, providing fat and warm tones, easy playability, and total comfort.
Loaded with EMG HZ Direct Mount pickups as well as an EMG active 3 band EQ, the tonal possibilities are endless. A lightweight ash body with a stunning flamed maple top provides warmth and thump while a multi 5-ply walnut/padauk neck with thru body construction provides stability and quick response. The Charles Berthoud CB-4 was designed for the professional player who wants it all in a single instrument.
