This guitar is worth every penny. I have been playing a partscaster I built that until now, was the best Strat type guitar I had ever played. This one will take it's place. There is something about the Jabon body that is very resonant. It almost sounds semi-hollow. The pickups are punchy and nice tones in any position on the switch.If you are a detail person as I am, expect to do some setup and finish work. For my comfort, besides a requisite setup, the back of the neck felt rough but was quickly resolved with 0000 steel wool. Fret finish was rough and easily fixed with an old piece of 400 grit paper. with a precise setup it stays in tune great. Went to rehearsal and it sounded great with the band. I will be gigging it. I'm very happy with this purchase; never dealt with a Music Man product before. Happy for the zZounds interest free payments. This is my second payment plan purchase.
