Rhythm Tech Hat Trick G2 Hi-Hat Mounted Tambourine

With Rhythm Tech's Hat Trick hi-hat-mounted tambourine, you can add some sizzle to your drumming and play tambourine patterns with your hi-hat pedal.
Rhythm Tech pioneered the original and much imitated Hat Trick 15 years ago, a simple Hi-Hat tambourine that gave drummers a way to play tambourine patterns with their hi-hat pedal. Now Rhythm Tech offers the Hat Trick G2 hi-hat mounted tambourine. A significant step ahead featuring a unique Quick Release Knob that makes it fast and easy to put it on and take off the Hi-Hat pull rod.

Additionally the Rhythm Tech RT7420 G2 Hat Trick hi-hat mounted tambourine incorporates a stick friendly soft playing surface, so stick patterns can be used as well as the foot pedal. A super strong polymer frame keeps it light and responsive while the famous Rhythm Tech nickel or brass jingles give it its classic Rhythm Tech sound.

Its a Tambourine so it does that well as it does sound ok.. But if you tend to mind it exploding mid songs and having the cymbals fly at you and every where else. No matter how much you tighten them down it will happen.. And most bands wont give you 4 minutes to collect the pieces and put it back together so I ended up just not using it. I am a heavy player so that MAY be part of the issue. Definitely recommend a sturdier product of you play with any kind of power. Would love to see you guys carry the LP Cyclops with mount hardware.
