Featuring a pressure-gradient condenser and transformerless FET circuitry, the Nady SPC-15 provides perfectly transparent audio for vocals or instruments.

The Nady SPC-15 microphone is a pressure-gradient back-electret condenser with transformerless FET circuitry to yield transparent audio and superior transient response. Its wide frequency response (50 Hz - 18 kHz) is specially tailored for mid-high presence to enhance vocals and instrument punch. The supercardioid polar pattern provides excellent feedback rejection and the SPC-15's sensitivity, wide dynamic range, and high SPL capacity perform well under demanding conditions. Requires +48V phantom power.

This is a well-built hand-held condenser microphone. It requires 48v phantom power and it's worth it. I bought these for use at my church services to provide a more unified sound when streaming our services as we previously used a wide variety of different mics that offered varying quality. For the price, these are hard to beat. I plan on getting more as I'll need to mic the choir once they start meeting again. Very happy with this microphone.
Sound
Considering how inexpensive these are, they are not cheap in terms of build quality or sound. I ended up getting four of these to use for church services as there was such a wide variety of mic brands and quality, the sound for streaming over the internet has been less than optimal. With these new microphones, the sound is even across the board, and especially great for music and singing.
Features
Overall, the most useful feature of this product is the fact that it is a phantom powered handheld condenser.
Ease of Use
You don't really need to alter the sound on this mic. Plug it into your phantom power or mixing board and go.
Quality
It is well-built, doesn't transfer handling noise, and puts up with light abuse. I expect these to last for a decent amount of time. I plan on getting more for the church.
Value
This is a great value. It's a great sounding microphone and will give you better quality sound over a dynamic mic.
