The Classic Sound of 12AX7 and EL84 Tubes

It's the combination of low wattage settings and these hot tubes being pushed through your 12" Celestion Heritage G12H speaker, that gives you a beautiful full-bodied sound. Your three 12AX7 tubes -- the most commonly used tubes in tube amps -- lay the warm tonal foundation for your signal, and your one EL84 output tube adds a final touch of color before you signal breaks out into the room. Using these two types of tubes in combination is very common for a reason, and once you fire up your Laney Lionheart L5T112, you'll understand why.

This amp provides the evocative, classic tones of hot tubes pushed hard, but at a volume level your neighbours can live with!

This is the tops. 5 watts just does not do it justice. Powerful, yet oh so much tone!! It can give you all the dialed in tones. Pedals in front or not this amp does it all. Reactive to pick attack is an understatement, I have not experienced such a sensitive amp. Laney has this one just right. I own Mashalls (JTM 45 and TSL 60), Fender pro reverb, and Blackstar (which is nice sounding) but the Laney is just the Go To amplifier. You wion't be disappointed, go for it!!
