What's special about this item?

Feature:	What it does:
Alder body	Light weight with a wide tonal range
25.5-inch scale neck	Increases string tension for tighter bottom end	25.5-inch scale neck Commonly found on Fenders and a huge variety of other guitars, the 25.5" scale is longer than the 24.75" scale typical of Les Paul-style guitars. Overview

As Anthrax co-founder and rhythm guitarist, Scott Ian helped define thrash metal. His iconic "NOT" Rhoads - a custom Jackson built in the early 1980s - earned its name from the bold "NOT" body graphics and was central to the band's 1980s recording and touring era. The Jackson Legend Series Limited Edition Scott Ian Signature RR22 NOT faithfully recreates this legendary instrument with neck-thru construction, an alder body for exceptional sustain, and a 3-piece maple neck with graphite reinforcement for fast, comfortable playability.
