"You cannot find a better guitar for such a deal!!!!"
This review has been selected by our experts as particularly helpful.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with this guitar once you get used to it. At first the neck was too thin for me because I have large hands but now it's really great. I pick it up to play for a few minutes then the next thing I know it's been two hours. I wouldn't trade it for any guitar.
Sound
The sound is full. Just because it's an inexpensive guitar doesn't mean it's poor quality. The pickups get the sound I want which was really unexpected.
Features
The only thing I would want more is independent volume controls but other than that, everything is fine.
Ease of Use
I considered changing the pickups but decided not to. It may be weird sitting down but I have 5 other guitars to play if I really want to sit which I don't. Not at all heavy which for most people is good but it would be nice a couple pounds heavier. Fast neck, great access to all the frets(I love having 24!!!)
Quality
It's not a top of the line guitar but it is better than a lot of more expensive ones. Jackson makes nice guitars but I've played the RR5 and it wasn't as good as this one, in my opinion. The bolt on neck doesn't take away anyting, still plays great! I know this is one guitar I will never even consider selling this guitar.
Value
You can't get a better guitar for this price. I would have paid more for it if it was more expensive.

I haven't had any problems so that's really good.
The Wow Factor
It's got great looks and the blue finish is really awesome. It shines when I'm playing on stage.
