I bought this 6 months ago, it came with a bad neck set. I returned it and received another one - it was better, but not great. It was also damaged. Zzounds offered to discount it and for the money I kept it. Moving forward, the neck is still not really set well - you can't work the truss rod to fix the action, which gets pretty high up the neck. I ordered cheap bridge saddles and will attempt to sand down and lower the action a bit that way. Okay, sounds wide, it sounds great, and the body is comfortable. It's warm but crisp, and maybe one of the louder acoustics I've played. Plugged in, it's *okay* - the onboard preamp gives you some buttons like contour, etc., but nothing you can actually adjust - it's just on, or off. The onboard tuner works well. Plugged in, it sounds okay, but it feeds back a lot - I purchased a planet-waves soundhole feedback eliminator and that fixed the problem. I use this in a band setting, for about 5 of the songs we do. For the price it's an okay guitar, and it serves its purpose - it's not an "inspiring" guitar though; I might have been better off getting an epiphone or inexpensive fender for what I need. I'd semi-recommend this guitar, but if the neck isnt set well, with attainable low action up the fretboard, send it back for another one, until a good one comes. Then it's worth it. Zzounds it great though - they worked with me on getting a better guitar, and discounted the damaged item.
