I bought it on a Saturday evening and received it on a Tuesday afternoon. IT is 99.9% flawless The color is a pearloid white and shimmers in the sun light. The gold is stellar and it seems a lot more expensive then You'd imagine. The only flaw is to do with the nut. it is a bit sharp on the sides. when I get to putting new Strings on it I'll take a file and gently bevel the edges. but that it. sounds great action perfect no electrical issues (save 60 Cycle hum) they are Real P90's after all. The finish is incredible and perfect. Just the sides of the nut are a bit sharp. Not a big deal. Plays as good as it looks and sound as you'd thin it would. Glad I didn't buy the Epiphone ES-335 or the Casino. I'm much more happy with this. I plugged it into my Marshall Half Stack and cranked it up The sound was full and articulate with and without saturation. no real issues with feed back either. Do yourself a favor and please consider this Great Gretsch if your looking for a Semi- Hollow!
