"Disappointed in the wheels"

Bag is the perfect size for my hardware including hi-hat stand and even extended mic stand. However, I’m very disappointed in the wheels as one entire wheel and wheel cup broke off after only a few uses. I’m not a gear destroyer and I treated this bag with respect and used the wheels on good flat surfaces.
