One of the most legendary guitars ever created with Kirk Hammett of Metallica was his original Ouija from the ESP Custom Shop. Using graphics from the famous paranormal spirit board, the Ouija guitar has since only been produced in small batches, and its immediate popularity and limited availability made it an instant collector's item. The new finishes offer a set of otherworldly features that put it in a class by itself. It includes a stunning purple or red sparkle finish over its alder body, and black binding on the body, neck and headstock. The KH Ouija offers neck-thru-body construction, with a three-piece extra-thin U-shaped maple neck, a Macassar ebony fingerboard with 24 extra-jumbo frets, and star and moon inlays that complement the occult-oriented theme of this amazing guitar. Components include a Floyd Rose bridge and a set of EMG KH Bonebreaker active pickups. Includes special ESP Ouija case and Certificate of Authenticity.

I read the " Bought one " review. To make a comparison of a first act giitar to anything produced by ESP is just ridiculous. Nobody with any common sense would read any farther. The Ouija guitar is phenomenal. Fretboard is like glass, neck is far from chunky and closer to perfect. Pickups are awesome. And then there is the"limited collector's item" thing. It's worth every penny if you never play a note on it. Beautiful flawless finish that is nothing short of breath taking. Incredible instrument.( anyone who would say that a floyd rose bridge and locking nut will not stay in tune has either bumped there head, or is just chalkenged on some other level.) The guitar is a thing of beauty. It's a work of art, and it's an absolute priviledge to add it to any collection. I'm wrestling right now with purchasing a purple sparkle as well.
