Just purchased the Epiphone G-1275 and hardshell case, thanks to zZound's Play-As-You-Pay installment plan. I love this guitar. Sounds great, plays great, makes you look like a Rock God. Set up right out of the box was perfect and the guitar was pretty much in tune. I looked hard for any signs of poor craftsmanship and couldn't find any. The guitar is a little neck heavy and tends to dive, but I think moving the strap button on the back of the body to the center, instead of in line with the upper neck may alleviate the problem, I'm just not ready to drill a new hole into the beauty just yet. I did have to contact customer service to change my method of payment (my debit card had been hacked, nothing to do with zZounds). After making the change, I received a call, telling me they had made a mistake by just letting me change the method of payment, I had to cancel the old order and make a new one. It wasn't a big deal to me, but zZounds knocked $50 off of the price of the guitar for the trouble. Pretty awesome customer service, if you ask me. Bottom line: I'm 1000% happy with zZounds and will shop with them again. I'll give everything 5 stars, but I haven't needed manufacturer support.
