From the super-smooth, heavy-duty 5500TD Delta II to the fluid feel and midrange portability of the 7500, Drum Workshop conventional hi-hats have built a reputation for excellence. All DW hi-hats include rotating legs for maximum pedal positioning flexibility plus a locking, tension adjustable, direct-pull compression mechanism for unparalleled control, response, and dependability. Designed to work flawlessly in combination with virtually any bass drum pedal, the footboard angle, position, and operation of DW's 5000 and 7000 Series Hi-Hats are specially matched to complement and optimize the performance of DW 5000 and 7000 Series Bass Drum Pedals. DW Hi-Hats also now include the new 379 "KeyLock" clutch, which eliminates unwanted loosening of the top hi-hat cymbal during performance.
