Overview

Equipped with 192 RGBW LEDs, the Chauvet Mega Trix is a lightweight DMX effect light that projects animations from pod to pod for a very unique look with no moving parts. Super-crisp optics create dazzling mid-air effects and sharp beams of light that cover a large area. An innovative internal mounting bracket allows for quick and easy mounting to most tripods or speaker stands with no additional clamp needed. Built-in automated and sound-activated programs can be easily triggered via DMX or stand-alone.

I had ordered this fixture on another site which stated that it was in stock when it was in fact back ordered at the factory. One call to zZounds verified that it was in stock and 2 days later (using normal free shipping) the light was in the rig. The fixture has great programs. no moving parts to break and a unique mechanism that attaches to a speaker stand with or without a speaker. Nice luminaire...
