The new model additionally features an effective 2-band EQ, an accurate LED output level meter per channel, and improved audio performance.

As a home studio musician, I use four channels to monitor, voice-record, and amplify my speaker--of course, that's not what this is for, but it works for me since I do most of monitoring with my headphones. Anyway, a great unit!
