Overview
First introduced in 2003, the Songwriter combines Gibson's time-honored bracing patterns of the 1930's with an original dreadnought shape, providing supreme tonal quality. Featuring beautiful rosewood back and sides paired with a sitka spruce top, the Songwriter Cutaway acoustic-electric guitar is Gibson's modern rosewood dreadnought with a cutaway body design.

"Songwriter guitar"
Wonderful sound with great projection good highs and lows, I play all kind of music and just couldn’t put this down. It truly is the best I have ever played a really special instrument and I won’t ever part with it. Could I say more
