Manufacturer's Description for Samson S-Phone 4-Channel Headphone Amplifier

The Samson S-Phone is a versatile single rack space four channel headphone amplifier, loaded with advanced features that provide tremendous flexibility for monitor and cue mixing. The Master Input features an input level and LED meter to control and display the overall stereo input.

Each of the Samson S-Phone's four channels includes three Headphone Outputs with an overall Volume control and individual Level meters. A convenient Stereo Auxiliary input is available on each channel so that individual line signals from direct or buss outputs can be mixed with the main stereo input. The Balance control adjusts the ratio of the Main and Auxiliary signal or the left to right balance (based on the setting of the ST/2CH switch) so that each headphone mix can be further tailored for a particular listener's individual needs ("More Me").

For greater sonic control, the Samson S-Phone also features a 2-band equalizer on each of the four channels. A master Stereo Aux input on the front panel is also supplied for inserting a second signal to all headphones.

"GREAT FOR HOME STUDIOS. PROFESSIONAL SOUND"

Sound: I had an old Rolls little headphone amp connected from the headphone output and it was ok but this S Phone amp is really good. The overall sound quality is very good and true. I especially love the stereo or 2 track button when doing vocals. Your voice or instrument becomes the main focus of your own mix. I also like the main mix going to the headphones. The 2 band EQ on each channel is a pro feature. Feature: no accessories Ease of Use: Overall good sounding very easy on the ears. Loud volume doesn't always make a good track. But the depth of the sound does. Quality: So far good Value: I only checked a few and the price and quality was the best. I have it on a rack mount. Manufacturer Support: I have Sansom monitors and had a problem but the store where I purchased from wound up giving me a new pair. I have an extended warranty and had no issues. The Wow Factor: Alot of lights. Overall: I intend to have this for along time. I have a personal home studio and occasionally have other musicians and vocalists record and this makes it alot easier. Keeps the creative flow going when you hear great sounds in your headphones.

Sound: This is the best headphone amp for the price, period. The sound is crystal clear and the treble/bass/pan/volume for each channel is great for your sessions where different levels are needed. Feature: Again, great features for the price. Quality: Looks great, sounds great, good warranty. Value: I always look for the best quality, best price, and best features. This headphone amp is a deal for the astute engineer. Manufacturer Support: I haven't had to contact them for any issues. The Wow Factor: Blue looks great and the meters are awesome.
