Feature:
Fits my old mxl 1006 "like a glove". Came with an extra elastic band.
Quality:
I cant complain. When i first bought my Mxl 1006 (many many moons ago) i never bought the shock mount to go along with it (never knew one existed actually). Being that i dusted my 1006 off for it to come out and play i figured; why not get it some new clothes. Its very sturdy. Im sure it will last.
Value:
Quite cheap to me. Its gonna get the job done.
Desirability:
Its a shockmount. Nothing really sexy about.
Sound:
No sound
Ease of Use:
You just slide your mic in. And the only reason it would be hard is because you have to really do some work to get it in there. Its tight for a reason (to hold the mic) so i cant complain.
Support:
Dont need support for a shockmount.
Overall:
I rate it a ten because it exactly what i expected, a basic shockmount to hold my mic in. The only drawback is you have to more than likely leave the mic in the shockmount because the grip it has on the mic can be cumbersome if your putting it on and taking it off.

the shock seemed pretty well put together, worked excellent when working... but after about a year the screw stripped and now the mount is unusable.
Value:
mine was ten bucks more with the v57m, so not horrible, price-wise... but it would've been nice if it lasted longer.

if there WAS a warranty, i threw it out with the packaging...
