This new amp, an upgraded version of Fender's popular Acoustasonic 30, features digital effects including Reverb, Delay, Chorus, Vibratone, and more, all optimized especially for acoustic performers. Each of the amp's two channels provides FX Select and FX Level control and onboard feedback reduction gives you the finishing touch to your professional overall sound. The Acoustasonic 30 DSP is powered by a 30-watt amp driving an 8" speaker and a tweeter. Other features include a built-in tilt-back angle, phantom-powered XLR mic input, and more.

With more than a year spent on research and development, the new Acoustasonic 30 DSP now feature handcrafted Digital Signal Processing effects that combine the clarity of Fender's Acoustasonic Series with the versatility on board digital features to offer musicians a complete palette of acoustic possibilities. "a great amp to use with your Styrat or Acoustic....The Strat sounds GREAT !!!"

Sound: I bought it to use with my Ibanez EW20ASENT. Took it home and it sounded ok with the Acoustic but lots of string squeaks, I'm going back to coated strings. BUT I then tried my G&L Legacy (a Strat copy) WOW WOW WOW ! Stevie Rays clean sound and more! PLEASE TRY YOUR STRAT its amazing! The amp is not loud but its great in my living room sounds good Feature: The effects work good and sound good. I get a great blues tone with delay and reverb and Strat. Ease of Use: Plug and Play ! Quality: The box is a little heavy seems well built. I did notice the pot shafts are plastic ! Value: I paid $200 used at Guitar Center Manufacturer Support: Dont know bought used

"IF DYLAN HAD THIS IN NEWPORT IN '65' THEY WOULD HAVE CHEERED"

Sound: Using it with a Martin DC16RGTEAura. With the six Mic Mixes from the Aura,it sounds great. Haven't recorded with it yet, but have an old Teac 3340s Reel-to-Reel, and think I could do "John Barleycorn Must Die" all over again. Love the sound. Like to go clean but the chorus and reverb is irrisistible. Feature: Not sure how I feel about Delay on an Accoustic amp, but it's there if I feel inspired. Ease of Use: Used to drink a bit when we played. Still could have worked this baby. Quality: Only have had it a month. So far so good. Value: Hate spending money, but can't complain Manufacturer Support: Haven't needed any yet The Wow Factor: Fake brown vinyl isn't the most attractive, but now I'm older, I have a few wrinkles too. Overall: Again, after a month, I'm happy as a pig in mud so far.
