Feature:
Tons of customization, with computer recording and editing programs, good stuff.
Quality:
It's digitech, very good quality, and durable as hell.
Value:
EXTREME value, think of the cost it would need for all those effects, and amps!
Desirability:
I'll always have this, and buy another if i lose it.
Sound:
This model comes with many presets, in many different playing styles. There's sure to be something to fit your playing, and if there isn't then you can just make your own. It sounds absolutly incredible with headphones on (cheap, $20 sony ones), which I use much more than my amp. It makes crystal clear sounds, and I don't have any buzz or background noise, it's completely clear.
Ease of Use:
I learned how to use it very quickly, common sense and a few knob turns is all it needs, but the manual is needed for certain instructions, such as how to perform factory reset, ect.
Support:
Never had to deal with them.
Overall:
Great product, the drum machine is good for practice and timing, the "learn a lick" mode is great for real music training, and presets make it easy to get a cool tone, and the hundreds of customization options make it perfect for tweaking in your own tones.

Feature:
The presence of both 1/4" AND XLR outs, with switchable amp/mixer weighting on each, should be on EVERY product like this.
Quality:
Very good ... excellent for a product in this price range. Metal where it needs it, and tough plastic where it doesn't need metal. Cheap plastic knobs, but they're recessed and unlikely to be mangled.
Value:
It's $199 @ zzounds ... what else do you need to know?
Desirability:
It's not a sexy looking beast, buut it looks good enough and does what I need.
Sound:
Comparisons to things like the Line 6 Pod XT Live are expected. I own both. I purchased the RP350 as my "emergency backup" unit. I planned on buying the RP250, but the XLR outs convinced me to spend the xtra $$. Amp and cabinet models are overall more authentic on the Pod, but not by a lot. The RP350 models are excellent, and sound quite good. I find the FX models on the R350 to be better, especially the chorus effects, which are much more "lush" and "smooth" than those found on the Pod. The Whammy and Pitch Bend effects are quite a bit better than those on my Pod.
Ease of Use:
Dead simple. If you can't figure out "turn knob A to select an amp/cabinet combination" and "then turn knob B to select an effects setup" ... you need to just give it up. You can get lots of different tones this way, and many people need never dig further. The indepth editing is pretty easy as well, and the USB interface and software make "tweaky" editing a joy.
Support:
My questions about USB support were answered directly and accurately.
