Feature:
I got exactly what I paid for. The product is well described on the website and I've no regrets. The only thing that could make this a better piece of equipment is to be able to program sounds for certain songs, to go directly to those sounds without having to scroll through the presets.
Quality:
As I've said, I have been using this pedal for nearly 2 years and its taken all I've been able to throw at it. I'm a bit OCD'ish, so it is important to me to keep it in the box it came in when I'm not using it. So, if you take care of it, it will last a long time. Cosmetically, it looks like it did the day I took it out for the first time. I also have two very hyper boys who have been using this pedal in their own practice. It has withstood the abuse.
Value:
A lot for the money. There is more to this product than I may ever use.
Desirability:
How would I rate the "sex appeal" of this product??? What a funny question. . .I've never thought of the product quite that way before. It is attractive and fun to use. It looks great on the stage and I have received several comments from fellow bandmembers and other people who just walk up on the stage to look at it. The description I get the most from other people is, "That's an awesome piece of equipment!"
Sound:
I must say this thing has some awesome sound quality. I've been using it for nearly two years playing in a rock-worship band. There are settings that are suitable for any style of music, and there are some I have yet to discover and experience. This product makes my $450 amp sound like a $2000 stack. Get one!!!
Ease of Use:
I give a lower score here. For musicians who are on-the-go and/or who are parents may not have the time to figure this thing out. However, like I said, there is yet to be discovered and I plan to do so this spring/summer. I don't find it to be all that easy. It is easy enough to change sounds, but to use other functions is going to take me more time and effort.
Support:
The pedal has been so good, I've not had to talk to support.
Overall:
I'll be satisfied until the day it dies. I would probably upgrade rather than buy the same product again. However, I am highly likely to buy from the same manufacturer when upgrading my equipment. So, this has nothing to do with this product. It would certainly be worth the purchase price. Buy new, not used. You never know. . .you know??? It does all I need it to and more. I like the power it gives me but do still wish I could program it to go to certain sounds when I'm ready for them, rather than having to scroll through the settings.

Feature:
i will never use any other effect than my rp300a.
Quality:
the rp300a is not only sleek looking, when your on stage and you look down everything is positioned so perfectly and need one cord in one cord out, it just doesn,t get better.
Value:
now that i have mine you could raise the price even more than a 100.00 and it would still be an excellent buy
Desirability:
instantly i laid my eyes and i reached for my wallet to find out it was only 199.99,as you could guess i've been smilin ever since
Sound:
no matter what guitar you are playing,a cheapo with no string buzz set up properly, or even a name brand guitar, the rp300a is a state of the art sond processor of the future,my kuston 65 watt amp can sound like a marshall, and old tweed or even just like the new mathbox amp, a drum machine, all the individuall effects, a single coil can sound like a humbucker, this bad mama jama, even has a tuner, and even when im playing my best guitars, gibson,or my fender and i want no more a clean sound(which the rp300a has)you can by pass it all.which i prefer the effect, i dont even play my acoustics out to a gig, becuase thats right you guessed , there is an acoustic setting, which when the wah pedal/volume pedal is not set for use on wah, it actually changes tone if set properly, i guess what i am trying to convey to you is that if the rp300a was 299.99 it would still be a heck of a deal no even better the deal of a lifetime.
Support:
at this time i was not in need of thier service
Overall:
why sould i have to look, there is effects on the rp300a i will problaly never use
