"Great product for the casual player."

Feature:
Not much here except a thin cable and a volume and tone switch, but it works.

Quality:
Seems very well made except for the cable that they include, it is much thinner than your usual guitar chord.

Value:
You can not beat the price, it is not the worlds best sound hole pickup, but it is great for not having to pay 80 bucks for it.

Desirability:
nothing much to look at but the price is the appeal

Sound:
I bought this piece so I could play my acoustic guitar with the worship team at church. We have a pretty elaborate sound board set up and the sound is very good for the price of this pickup. It does not sound as clean as a true acoustic/electric guitar but for the price it is great.

Support:
have not contacted any support

Overall:
Overall a good piece when you need to get the job done and not hurt your wallet, a professional player will want a true acoustic/electric guitar but for the casual player this piece works great.

"Great low-cost pickup"

Feature:
The pickup comes with a cord - you can't use a normal guuitar cord with 1/4" plugs on either end because the pickup itself has a mini-socket.

Quality:
It appears to be well made and reliable. I don't see any reason why it would not last. It was a little trick to install because there isn't much clearance between my strings and the body, but it only took a few minutes to figure out how to work it in. Of course, it would be a snap to install if you de-strung your guitar.

Value:
I think this is a good value for anyone who is looking for a quick and easy way to amplify their acoustic guitar.

Desirability:
What can I say - it's just a pickup. No technological marvel, nor stylish sex appeal here, just a practical tool to accomplish the given purpose. The pickup is solid black in color and is very unobtrusive in the soundhole. IF there wasn't a cord hangind down from it, I doubt that many people would really notice it's there, which could be a plus.

Sound:
I got this to use in my Honer 12 string. I had previously used a contact mike, which picked up a lot of extraneous noise, like string noise and the normal bumps, etc., on the guitar body. This pickup, however, has none of those problems. It gives a nice, clean sound. The tone and volume can be easily asjusted.

Support:
I can't really rate this, I have had no reason to deal with the manufacturer.

Overall:
I expect that I will be quite satisified with this product for a long time. Of course, I am strickly an amateur musician, if I was a professional, I might think differently. I bought this because I wasn't fully satisified with the mike pickup I was using and the price was significantly lower than other clipon magnetic pickups I had priced. For someone who is looking maybe to get together with some friends and have a jam session, this is a great deal. Even a professional might find it useful for amping an acoustic.
