Feature:
Love the inpit choices and loud, clean headroom. Phase and notch are handy too. Pretty much all I need.
Quality:
Excellent, has survived many gigs without a scratch. I take care of my gear, but this is a tough amp. Nothing is perfect, so a 9
Value:
Not cheap, but certainly worth it if you're a professional. Anyone who doesn't understand the cost of this amp is not the right customer for it, just like a boutique tube amp or a high end electric.
Desirability:
Already have it, just had to refute a biased review with a personal agenda.
Sound:
Engineer who wrote the other review is full of it. I have owned many acoustic amps, and the LBPro sounds great, and is well built. Quality componets and made in the US mean it costs more, but was worth it. I've used it in many situations and it's always shined. As far as I know, the line array Soloamp isn't available yet, so he's judging something no one has heard yet.
Ease of Use:
No issues...very easy.
Support:
Only talked to them once about tech advice, but very knowledgeable and helpful. No trouble getting through, treated me with respect.
Overall:
Nothing is perfect, I'm sure this amp can be improved, but it serves my high expectations admirably. I'm not looking for anything to fulfill this need because I'm satisfied with my purchase

Feature:
Balanced XLR ins and outs, good. Phantom power is nice for certain applications too. Preamp quality is lacking, especially in this price range.
Quality:
Fishman has some good ideas, but they do not focus on quality. They have chosen profiteering over profit. All of their products are overpriced in my opinion. This loudbox and the line array solo PA are the most egregious examples.
Value:
Vastly overpriced.
Desirability:
If you judged by the sound and the clever design features, it would be much higher. When you discover that it has cheap components, imported amplifiers, poor pre-amps and weighs too much, then the sex appeal factor goes down.
Sound:
Clever design is a good idea for acoustic / vocal performers. The amplifier(s) should be better. The speakers are not great.
Ease of Use:
Very easy for experienced professionals. Even amateurs should be able to use it after reading the manual.
Support:
Support is virtually non-existent. When you do get through to the company, they treat you like an idiot. In my case, when they discovered they were talking to a professional audio engineer who knows his science, they got defensive and secretive, as if they were protecting some high-tech military invention.
Overall:
I would buy a product like this if it was reasonably priced, had robust power-supply, good speakers, and was STEREO. With those features and better quality, it would be worth about half what Fishman asks for it.
As it is, this amp is 7 to 10 times more expensive than it should be.
