Feature:
The memory card could be bigger, however nothing else has one, so I cannot really complain about that too much. I bought the extension foot switch for it also, I think it makes things simpler when recording and playback. Punch in and out is a wonderful feature, very easy to use and make a perfect recording as long as all of your chops are up. It you mess up, simply keep playing until the end of the song that you have created, then go back and punch in and out.
Quality:
The quality is absolutely great, it is a very strong piece of equipment, with a product like this, no worries. I only wish they still make rack mounted versions with a updated version of some of things I said earlier that could be better. I like a rack mount because I like everything organized and off of the floor with quick access to the knobs for adjustments instead of bending over, it simply makes more sense.
Value:
You simply cannot beat it at this price. If you are thinking about it, Stop!
Desirability:
It is so easy to use a child could easily figure it out.
Sound:
The sound is absolutely wonderful. I play mostly heavy metal, however you could play any type of music with because of all of the amazing effects it has loaded in it. The recorder is a wonderful tool, however the drums could be better, if they added some fills and editing capability. I still give it a 10 because nothing else even comes close to this product, it simply blows them all out of the water without mentioning the excellent price. When I brought mine I sent &600.00 for it and I would easily do it again. This product is noise free, I love that, if you have regular pedals sell them and buy this.
Ease of Use:
It is very easy to use, however a little lag when switching from pedal to pedal. Usually for me this is no problem because I created my settings and do not switch back in forth to much in the context of a song as much as I had in the past. I still give it a 10.
Support:
I haven't had to ever use the support for this product, however I have in the past, I also own a Valve Effects processor that had a problem. I sent it in, it was inexpensive and came back quickly and you speak with Americans who speak English.
Overall:
It is a great piece of equipment for your guitar arsenal, the price and features are simply up beatable and I do not work for the company. www.myspace.com/godsholyjustice

I checked just about every processor/ pedal/ stompbox configuration available and couldn't find anything that offers as much power and value as the GNX3. Just buying the stomp boxes would run close to a grand with cables, power, etc.!!
The GNX3 amp and cab models are better than any others I've heard. Period. Johnson offers the only amp/cab models that come close to Digitech's (Harmon, as in Harmon/Kardon owns both companies, along with JBL and DOD). The WARP ability kicks butt, especially when you use the GenEdit software.
The FX and stompbox models are strong, clean and controllable. the stompbox's respond to tweaking just like the "real thing". the Big Muff Pi model sounds and responds exactly like my treasured original muffer. The FX controls do not react fast enough when you twist them, and sometimes you have to twist a knob in both directions to change a value. This IS a bug, not a feature, regardless of what Digitech may claim.
Factory presets are OK, mostly overdone (as usual), but the 64 presets available offer a lot of room for your favorites and custom setups. GenEdit software makes storing and changing patches relatively easy. The software is not feature-packed, but it controls all the basic functions of the GNX easily and offers some additional tweaks and features (Like vertical Warping in addition to horizontal)not available through the front panel of the GNX3 itself.
The digital recorder won't win any prizes for a deep feature set, but it is easy to use and will create clean, useable tracks. You can get some really nice vocal and keyboard tracks, too, using GNX processing on them as you like. Try doing THAT with a bunch of pedals and stompers sometime... did I mention that the looper functions of the recorder are great? They are.
The "drum machine" really is machine-like. Very, very lame for anything other than keeping time. Digitech dropped the ball here - it's clear that the GNX3 has the capability to do more than repeat a single drum loop over and over and ... As it is now, it's a little less boring than a metronome.
Ignore the obvious idiots ("I haven't even SEEN one, but all of them are sh*t/cheap/ trash/hahahahahahaha"). Laugh at the jokers who run amp/cab sims and 14 FX through their stacks (and another pedal or two) and then wonder why their "music" sounds "like sh*t".
This thing ROCKS!! This company has the BEST price, but whatever you pay, you won't be making a mistake. I've been playing for over 35 years and this is one of the best pieces of equipment I've ever purchased.
p.s.- It's made (and works great)for guitarz, but...plug your old synth into the GNX3 and surprise yourself - and your keyboard player....
