Feature:
The pads are dual trigger.
Quality:
The drums seem to be made well. I bang on them pretty hard sometimes.
Value:
Yes
Desirability:
My friends always want to play my V-drums. They are no substitute for real drums though.
Sound:
It was exactly what I expected. I am very happy with the sounds. It is perfect for practing but will never replace real acoustic drums.
Support:
I have not had any problems with the set and have no experience with Roland's customer service.
Overall:
I hope these last a long time. They are perfect for practicing. They look and sound better and are easier to operate than the Yamaha kits.

Feature:
The rim trigger takes a bit of getting used to, but in the end, the feel becomes second nature
Quality:
I've had no trouble so far
Value:
excellent no frills tool to get the job done
Desirability:
Its very plain, but does the job at a very competitive price.
Sound:
It has a very natural response to drum sticks.
Support:
Between the web site and the retail stores, there is not much left to cover. Roland covered customer service and salesman education very well
Overall:
I don't expect to replace this product until it wears out
