Feature:
Ok
Quality:
Like I said I've used this same unit for 10 years and we play everything from clus to fairs and shows and a lot of them and knock on wood its still working five. I have it mounted in a rack and it is taken care of.
Value:
Yes I also have a Roland PD 7 and it is quite hard to operate.
Sound:
I think the sounds in the DM 5 for the money spent are pretty darn good. Have had this unit for almost 10 years and it still works fine.
Ease of Use:
Its ok
Support:
Talked with them twice about operational isues and was given the wrong info. both times so I went to the manual and got it taken care of.
Overall:
As long as it continues to work I'll keep it. Probably would go with a roland next time

Its a great quality modual. It has alot of features for trigger settings. The Hi-Hat pedal can be set for Open Closed and the And, Giving it a more realistic playing capability. The drum sounds are very reasonable and there are many Cymbals and what not to pick from. The FX list is limited but extensive in its own way, you really dont need more then what they give. Its a great lil' device.
