Sound:
I play keys with a band that uses a combination of floor wedges and IEM's. The in ears are all Shure PSM 200. Some of the guys use e4's and I personally use the e5 in ears. I went the extra step and had molds made for my ears and sent them out for the additional upgrade. we love them, the key is to have a sound guy tha knows whats up. The mix is the key. A good mix will give you the desired result. For the money, you can't beat it, and if there is a problem, Shure service is tops. What are you waiting for IEM is the only way to go,
Ease of Use:
Can't be any easier to use. Two seperate line in on the front and expansion outlets at the rear. No magic, straight forward.

Feature:
Good features at the price. Able to select different channels right from the body packs. Able to run wired or wireless with same gear. A two channel mixer built right into the transmitter. Auxiliary outputs on the back so you can chain multiple units together, or use them without a mixer board at a small coffee house type gig. Limiters in the belt packs and the receivers.
Quality:
Pretty good build quality. Plastic cases, but take a pretty good beating and keep on working so far. Weakest point is where the tiny cord goes into the earbud, it will eventually break and have to be fixed. Good news is Shure service is excellent and will repair for next to nothing even if out of warranty. So far, my four units have been very reliable.
Value:
This is by far the highest quality choice for in-ear monitors in this price range.
Desirability:
It's really just a practical issue. Earbuds look a little dorky, I think.
Sound:
The sound quality is pretty good. It's a bit strange getting used to something in your ear, and the isolation that produces. The new ambient pack accessory helps a lot with that, lets you hear more naturally. I also have the PSM400 system, so I'm a bit spoiled by stereo (the PSM200 is mono). The E2s aren't quite as good as the E1s, and the E5 earbuds really rock. Still, great at the price.
Support:
Superb. Any warranty repairs done promptly with no charge, out of warranty repairs are at a very low fixed price. The best reason to buy from Shure.
Overall:
Though I prefer the PSM400 system to this one (I have some of each), I recommend this highly to any band or musician who want to hear themselves clearly on a limited budget. Thumbs up to Shure for bringing quality in-ear monitors to the vast majority of gigging musicians who could not afford IEMs previously.
