Bought this for the black Friday sale as it was a really good price. Been wanting access to a library like this for a while, but on the whole I really regret this purchase. The only part of this I actually like is the upgraded form of Kontakt 8 because I get to use some really good sounding third party sounds, like Spaghetti Western from Fluffy Audio, for example. But pretty much ALL the Native Instruments sounds sound like total crap. I was really excited about a lot of the sounds in here too. Noire is barely audible and hardly sounds like a real piano at all. Kinetic Toys just sounds like noise- actually MOST of the sample libraries just sound like noise and can't really be used for anything worth while. The Eastern block of sounds sound empty and hallow. Seriously, even half off I feel ripped off. There's not a single instrument pack I've found that sounds half way decent. All the sessions instruments sound like crap, the mint guitar sounds like crap. I guess the accoustic guitars sounds ok, but seriously, almost everything sounds like crap. If you're looking for a good sample library, get Kontakt and then just build your samle library from independent sound libraries like Fluffy Audio, and others. Don't waste your money on these garbage Native Instrument sounds. I wish they had rebates on these things because Boy was this a waste of my money.
